A retail group built on four departments
Arime Company runs furniture, footwear, clothing and beauty under one name, from a head office in Empire World, Erbil, with showrooms in Baghdad and Zakho.
The idea
Do four things properly, in the same building
Shopping for a home in Iraq usually means four different shops, four different sellers and four different answers about delivery. We built the company to remove that.
Each department has its own buyers and its own floor staff, because a person who knows sofa frames is not the person who should be advising you on fragrance. What they share is the company behind them: one warehouse network, one delivery team, one set of prices across three cities, and one number to call when something needs fixing.
Our head office sits on the fourteenth floor of Business Tower T3 in Empire World, Erbil, where the buying, interiors and administration teams work. Everything on the showroom floor is chosen there first.

Erbil, Baghdad and Zakho share a catalogue and a price list. Where you shop is a question of distance, nothing else.
Finish the job
Delivery and assembly are ours, not a subcontractor's. The order is complete when the room is usable.

Two networks, both staffed. Aftercare that cannot be reached is not aftercare.
