A shoe wall is only useful if it is stocked. We order in complete size runs and refill through the season, so the model on display is normally available in your size at one of the three showrooms.
Leather formal shoes, everyday sneakers, sandals for the summer and school shoes for children are all on the same floor, which makes an entire family visit a single stop rather than four.

Footwear is the department where people ask the most questions. Here are the answers before you have to ask.
Size check across showrooms
If your size is not in the room, we check the other two branches and move it for you.
Exchange on unworn pairs
Keep the box and the receipt, and an exchange within the stated period is straightforward.
Delivery anywhere in Iraq
Order by phone and we send it out, with payment arranged in advance.
Care advice
Leather, suede and sport soles each need something different. Ask, and we will tell you what to buy.

What shoe sizes do you carry?
We stock standard European size runs for men, women and children, and we keep them filled through the season. If a size is out at one showroom we check the other two before you leave.
Can I exchange shoes that do not fit?
Yes, provided the shoes are unworn, in their original box, and returned within the period written on your receipt.
Do you get new stock regularly?
New footwear arrives ahead of each season, with school shoes, summer sandals and winter boots timed to when people actually need them.
Can I order shoes without coming to the showroom?
Yes. Call or message us with the model and size, and we will confirm availability and arrange delivery to your city.
